Twitter integration was broken for a long time, but is now fixed. You can sign into the Stable with a twitter account and you can have your posts published on twitter. Settings > Twitter.

It's been a long time coming, but I have performed a major upgrade to the software. Look and feel (e.g. logo!) still need to be tweaked.

Maybe having rogue traders lose piles of money is just ordinary business risk for banks. But LIBOR-fixing and money laundering and above all the "too big to fail" threatening global stability seem like signs the financial system is out of control.

The irony of it all. Explaining the meaning of inclusive OR: "We said that 'v' represents inclusive 'or', meaning 'one or the other or both' ". If it was clear that OR is inclusive, there would be no need to explain it as "one or the other OR BOTH", it would go without saying!

@magpie reminds me of the classic description of an option as "the right but not the obligation" to do something

@magpie I'm not sure that excuse will go down too well!

More on that Google meekness: http://searchengineland.com/google-adds-graphical-math-calculator-to-search-results-103631

@mule The screen capture found at the link included a chart. But Google results, for me, were only traditional links, w/o any figure. I tried both using the Firefox's search box and from Google's page.
-
@magpie strange...but so far I've only tried it on Chrome and Safari, not Firefox.

In an earlier post, read "geekiness" for "meekness" (I blame Typinator autocorrect).
